At this time, we don’t offer returns and exchanges. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@metamourculture.com. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.

Misprinted, Damaged, Defective, Lost Items

All our orders go through a 3-step quality check before they are shipped out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact support@metamourculture.com.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If you provide an address that is insufficient for the courier, or if you fail to claim your package, your item(s) will be returned to our facility until we receive an updated address from you.

Due to the on-demand nature of our business, we cannot issue refunds for buyer’s remorse at this stage of the shipping process. Reshipment will be at your own cost.
